50 to 100g finely grated parmesan (you could use normal cheese alternatively)
1/2 head broccoli, cut into small florets
250g penne pasta (or any pasta shape)
Large handful of chopped parsley
Olive oil
Directions
Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil and add pasta and cook as per normal instructions.
While pasta is cooking prepare the sauce.
Saute finely diced onion and capsicum in a drizzle of oil with chicken and bacon over a medium high heat for 3-4 minutes.
Add Jerk It and Man Rub (if you would like a milder taste reduce this to a level teaspoon). Cook off for a minute.
Add water and bring to a simmer.
Add cream cheese.
Stir well to melt, simmer over a medium high heat for a few minutes.
Add broccoli florets and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add drained pasta.
Add cheese and stir well.
Add the fresh chopped parsley and remove from the heat. Leave to sit for a couple of minutes if you want the pasta to soak up more of the sauce or serve immediately.
