How does the fundraising work?
Your group receives a unique fundraising code to share with supporters. Every time someone shops online using your code, 20% of the order value is returned to your group.
Is there any cost to get started?
No. There are no sign-up fees, no upfront costs and no minimums to hit.
Do we need to handle orders, payments or stock?
Nope. All orders are placed and paid for online through Pepper & Me. We take care of packing, shipping and customer support.
How do supporters place their orders?
Supporters shop directly on the Pepper & Me website and enter your fundraising code at checkout.
Is there a limit to how much we can raise?
There’s no cap. The more your supporters shop, the more your group earns.
How long does a fundraiser run for?
From the start of your fundraiser, campaigns typically run for three weeks. We start fundraisers at the beginning of the month. If your cause needs a longer timeframe, we can be flexible on a limited basis.
