Take your pork belly and cut into into a nice chunky 3 cm dice. Season it with man grind and toss it with the potato starch.
Place the pork into a shallow casserole dish.
Combine all the sticky sauce ingredients in a bowl, and add half the sauce to the pork and mix well.
Pop the lid on the casserole and into the oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour 45 minutes.
Remove from the oven and stir in the rest of the marinade.
Turn your oven up to 200 degrees to crisp up the pork and pop back in the oven for another 20-25 minutes til the pork is super tender and the sauce nice and sticky. Be careful not to burn!
Serve on rice, garnish with Pepper and Me poke me seasoning, spring onion, kewpie mayo and sesh oil if you like!
