Saute onion and garlic in olive oil in a large fry pan, over a medium to high heat until slightly softened, about 2 minutes.
Add Man Rub and tomato paste and cook off for a further minute.
Pour in vegetable stock and mix to combine.
Stir in the brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and season with Man Grind to taste.
Drain and rinse three cans of beans and add to the tomato sauce and simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring regularly.Add beans to a baking or casserole dish and bake covered for 20min in 180° oven.
Remove cover and bake uncovered for a final 5 minutes.
Serve on thick cut toast or as a breakfast side dish.
