Loaded Cheeseburger Tater Tots

Crispy tater tots loaded with melted cheese, juicy beef, and classic cheeseburger toppings—your new go-to comfort dish!

Ingredients
- 1 kg tater tots/potato gems
- 1 onion
- 500 g beef mince

2 tsp Man Rub
- 1 tsp Sesh Mustard
- 1/4 white onion to garnish
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- Pickles to garnish

Directions
Air fry or oven bake tater tot’s as per packet instructions or until golden and crunchy.
To prepare the mince, add a drizzle of oil to the pan along with 1 onion, diced. Sauté over a medium high heat for a couple of minutes to soften.
Add the mince and brown over a high heat for 5-6 minutes breaking up with a wooden spoon until nicely browned.
Add Man Rub and Mustard and cook off for another minute or two.
To assemble the dish take a large oven sage platter or baking dish and spread over the tater tot’s. Season with a little Man Grind.
Sprinkle over half the cheese and then top evenly with the mince mixture.
Sprinkle over the remaining cheese and pop in the oven under a hot grill for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
To serve drizzle generously with the burger sauces and garnish with some extra pickles and the finely diced raw onion.
