Tender baked chicken meatballs in creamy bang bang sauce – what's not to love? This comforting, flavour-packed dish is sure to be a family favourite, with a perfect blend of creamy and spicy goodness in every bite.
Cook the rice using your preferred cooking method. Once the rice is cooked add the TikTok and fluff the rice with a fork to combine.
To make the meatballs add everything to a large bowl and mix well to combineLine a large baking tray with baking paper and with wet hands roll tablespoon sized balls and place them on the tray.
Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through and lightly golden.
To make the bang bang sauce, whisk all the ingredients together. If you prefer a decent amount of spice use sesh oil instead of sweet chilli sauce.
To dress the salad add the two tablespoons of bang bang sauce to the slaw with the lime juice and toss to coat.
Toss the meat balls in the bang bang sauce and garnish with some chopped cashews or peanuts.
To serve, pop the meatballs on a bed of the TikTok rice with some slaw on the side.
Recipe Note
We picked up 2 chicken mince packets at countdown in the 3 for $20 deal which makes this a bit more budget friendly and a generous amount of meatballs. You could also halve this amount for a slightly smaller portion and add extra vegetables
We used sweet chilli to keep this kid friendly but you can use sesh for some proper heat
