Man Rub
THE KING OF SMOKY BBQ RUBS
This smoked paprika-based blend delivers bold, balanced flavour with a mix of savoury, smoky, and spicy notes.
Mix with oil and slather on pork ribs, roast chook, or use as a dry rub for brisket and rump. Add to saucy mince dishes or sprinkle into burger patties and rissoles. Whether it's barbecuing in summer or slow cooking in winter, Man Rub is bold and ready for a good time. If your meat hasn’t had a proper Man Rub, we need to talk.

If you don't have this in your core range, you're missing out. beautiful on baked chicken, or marinating meats. I use it in stews on beef, mac n cheese etc. great little staple in my household!
Its the best for smokey flavourings, adding a mexican bbq style. So nice, i use it on pretty much everything
I put this in everything. Spaghetti? Man rub. Mac n cheese? Man rub. Tacos? Man rub. I’d use it in my coffee if I could get away with it.
