Smokey, sticky, tender ribs; the ultimate use for Man Rub! Oven baked for convenience and perfect everytime
2 heaped tbsp Man Rub
Lay two large lengths of tin foil on a tray. Place a piece of baking paper the size of the ribs on top of the tinfoil. Rub the ribs with Man Rub on both sides.
Wrap the ribs up tightly like a parcel, place on a baking tray and bake for 3 hours at 160C.
After 3 hours the rib meat should be tender. Remove the ribs from the oven and increase oven to 200C/ Partially unwrap the ribs and tuck any excess foil in. To glaze the ribs mix the Get Lit and water with the honey or brown sugar. Brush on the ribs and place back in the oven for 20 minutes to get some colour and until slightly sticky.
If you have a smoker you can smoke for 1 hours prior to wrapping and placing in the oven.
