A perfect substitute for salt in any of your baking. A beautiful fragrant blend of cardamom, star anise, cinnamon, vanilla bean, salt and sugar that's ready to sprinkle. Great in banana bread. pancakes, porridge, popcorn, apple muffins, raisin scrolls or french toast.

  • Store these in a cool, dry place. Use within 3 months of opening.

I started using the Bakers Blend when I made your dads' sticky date pudding recipe for my family. It instantly became my grandsons' favourite desert and I have continued to make it especially for him. It goes without saying it was a huge hit with the adults and is my most requested desert for family gatherings.
I absolutely love it and it is now a basic pantry item I use for a range of other recipes ie muffins etc. Fantastic! Love it !
