Directions

1. Preheat oven to 180C Fan Bake.

2. Butterfly chicken breasts open to create a pouch to stuff the filling in.

3. To make the filling finely chop the spring onions and add to a bowl with cream cheese and TikTok Trending, use a fork to combine.

4. Stuff a couple of tablespoons of the filling inside the chicken breast and add a dollop of bacon jam or your favourite relish.

5. Fold the chicken over to incase the filling and wrap each breast with two pieces of bacon, secure with a toothpick if need.

6. Heat a fry pan with a drizzle of oil over a medium high heat.

7. Sprinkle the additional tablespoon of TikTok over the bacon wrapped chicken and then sear the chicken for a minute or two on each side.

8. Pop in the oven and bake for 16-18 minutes. Slice and serve.
