First time I've ever made cheesecake and it was divine and so moreish, and I'm usually not someone who's eats sweet things a lot! The brandy sauce is chefs kiss. One note: I had correct measurements and tin size but the recipe produced more mixture than expected so I filled a muffin tin (12) with the excess to make mini cheesecakes for family to take home at Christmas!

I made this for our family Christmas day and it was a show stopper. Everyone loved it. Reasonably simple to make. Such delish flavour and not too sweet. Would def make again
