Oh snap

Very tasty and a lot of promise. I halved the mixture as the full one is too big but unfortunately the mixture didn't set. I was careful about weighing the mixture out and am certain I got it right. Don't know if halving it was the problem. However it was very tasty although very sweet.

Absolutely delicious

The cheesecake was divine, although I needed to use more butter than indicated to get the crust to stick together and definitely needed a bigger tin. Was a big hit for a birthday dessert.

I wanted this in and around my mouth all summer break. Thank god it’s back in individual form so I can get my fix and get others hooked too! Such a beautiful subtle sweet flavour, the texture is smooth, topping variations are endless with this flavour. This cheesecake is a biiig boy and perfect for entertaining. Love.
