Cornflake Fried Chicken

Tender chicken coated in crunchy cornflakes, fried to
golden-brown perfection for a meal that's crispy, juicy,
and utterly delicious. It's comfort food at its finest!

Ingredients
- 5 boneless chicken thighs
- 2 cups crushed cornflakes
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs

Sweet Sesh
- Oil to deep fry
- Man Grind
Directions
- Cut the thighs into strips about 2.5cm wide and set aside.
- Set up a crumbing station by adding flour seasoned with a little Man Grind to one bowl, whisked eggs to another and the finally a bowl of the crushed cornflakes.
- Coat the strips of chicken in flour, then into the egg and then the crushed cornflakes.
- Heat a deep fryer to 175°C and deep fry the chicken for about 4-5 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Drain excess oil on a paper towel once cooked.
- Add the chicken to a bowl and drizzle generously with Sweet Sesh, measure with your heart and toss to coat.
- Serve with aioli or ranch dip.
