Cut the thighs into strips about 2.5cm wide and set aside.
Set up a crumbing station by adding flour seasoned with a little Man Grind to one bowl, whisked eggs to another and the finally a bowl of the crushed cornflakes.
Coat the strips of chicken in flour, then into the egg and then the crushed cornflakes.
Heat a deep fryer to 175°C and deep fry the chicken for about 4-5 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Drain excess oil on a paper towel once cooked.
Add the chicken to a bowl and drizzle generously with Sweet Sesh, measure with your heart and toss to coat.
Serve with aioli or ranch dip.

Alternatively spray with spray oil and air fry at 190°C for 8 minutes or until cooked through.
