Will make again!

First time I've ever made cheesecake and it was divine and so moreish, and I'm usually not someone who's eats sweet things a lot! The brandy sauce is chefs kiss. One note: I had correct measurements and tin size but the recipe produced more mixture than expected so I filled a muffin tin (12) with the excess to make mini cheesecakes for family to take home at Christmas!

I made this for our family Christmas day and it was a show stopper. Everyone loved it. Reasonably simple to make. Such delish flavour and not too sweet. Would def make again

Went to use the oh snap for our Christmas dessert and realized I have been sent another ginger spice mix so was unable to try.

Easy to follow instructions. Makes a huge amount but not alot of flavour without the added sauce.

This is so very yummy. Great size for a group but will make up 1/2 the packet for desert for 5 of us. We have had this for 2 Christmases now and it was a hit.
