Ingredients

600g rump steak

1/2 cup Wok Sauce

1 nashi pear
-
1/3 cup Gotcha Good Sauce

Oil for frying

1 tbsp Tik Tok Trending

1 spring onion

Rice to serve
Directions
Slice rump steak into strips and add to a bowl with the Wok Sauce and grate pear. Cover and leave in the fridge to marinate for a minimum of one hour. A few hours is best if time allows
Heat a skillet with a drizzle of oil over a high heat.
Remove the beef from the marinade and fry for 3-4 minutes until nicely coloured
Add Gotcha Good sauce and toss to coat.
Garnish with Tik Tok and sliced spring onion. Serve with rice
