Ham & Pineapple Salad

Gluten-Free

A simple pasta salad with bursts of fresh pineapple and a tart acidity from sun dried tomatoes. A perfect recipe to bring along to your next summer potluck.

Ingredients

500g Gluten Free Pasta Spirals
1.5 cups chopped ham
1.5 cup chopped pineapple pieces
1/2 cup chopped sundried tomatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped pickles
1 red onion, finely diced
1 heaped tsp Flaky Man Grind
1/2 cup aioli
fresh basil
2 tbsp pickle juice or 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

1:

Cook Gluten Free Pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water. When cooked run under cold water to stop the cooking. Drain well

2:

Add pasta to a large bowl with ham, pineapple, sundried tomatoes, pickles and onion.

3:

Season with Man Grind and pour over aioli and pickle juice. Toss well until everything is coated and combine.

4:

Add a small handful of chopped fresh basil.
