These easy to throw together Bourbon and Maple BBQ chicken tenders will be your go to easy dinner this summer. Cooked on the BBQ or in your grill pan they’re perfectly accompanied by any side – salad, slaw, on pizza or in a wrap.

Ingredients
Chicken Tenders
-
500g chicken tenders
- 1 tbsp olive oil
-
1/2 cup Sweet Bourbon St. BBQ Sauce
-
1 tsp Man Grind
Easy Slaw
- Cabbage finely sliced
- Corn kernels I use canned and drain them
- Spring onion finely sliced
- Pumpkin seeds toasted
-
The Aioli Grail
- Apple Cider Vinegar
Directions
Chicken Tenders
- In a dish mix together 1/2 of the BBQ sauce, olive oil, Man Grind and the chicken tenders. Allow to marinate for as long you're able.
- When you're ready to cook the chicken, heat up the BBQ or grill pan to a medium-high heat. Place the chicken on the grill and baste with the remaining BBQ sauce. Turn the chicken and baste the other side. Keep doing this until the chicken is cooked through. Make sure you cook both sides of the chicken again after basting each side to cook off any uncooked sauce.
- Absolutely delicious served with coleslaw and homemade chips, on a pizza with stretchy mozzarella and lots of red onion or in a wrap with some Aioli and salad.
Easy Slaw
- In a bowl mix together the cabbage, onion and corn.
- In a measuring cup or small bowl mix together the Aioli and ACV at a 2:1 ratio.
Toss the salad with the dressing. Just prior to serving, sprinkle the pumpkin seeds over the salad.
