Ingredients
- 100 g Butter
-
1 Cup Sugar
-
1 tsp Vanilla essence
-
1 Egg
-
1 teaspoon Bakers Blend
-
1 ½ Cups Flour
-
½ teaspoon Baking Powder
-
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
-
2-3 Ripe Bananas
-
2-3 tablespoon Milk
-
⅓ Jar Sugar Daddy
-
½ Cup That's How The Cookie Crumbles
Directions
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius. Grease and line a loaf tin.
Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, beat together the butter and sugar until fluffy, beat in the egg and vanilla until combined.
Next add the Bakers blend, flour, baking soda, baking powder and bananas. Gradually add the milk if the mixture appears too thick.
Pour into prepared loaf tin and spread evenly, dollop the Sugar Daddy all over the top, swirling it through the mix with a knife or spoon.
Evenly sprinkle the That's How The Cookie Crumbles all over the top.
Bake for 1 hour and check with a skewer that the centre is cooked through. Turn out on a rack and allow to cool if you can wait!
