My new favourite!

As a huge fan of fennel, this salt really dings my bell. So far I've had it for 24 hours and have used it on everything I could find. Delicious on chips! Fantastic as the salt in flatbreads. I've always loved fennel on pork, so with this amazing blend of fennel, zingy lemon and a wee hit of warmth with the chili, I cannot wait to do my new pulled pork number! If you were a fan of Sunshine Butter - this is gonna be perfect.
