Brighten your snack time by getting creative in the kitchen with your own delicious Seed Crackers featuring our Sunshine Salt. Enjoy them plain or pair them with your favourite dips and cheeses—these homemade crackers are a delightful crunch for all your summer gatherings!

Ingredients

1 ⅓ cups gluten free flour
⅓ cup sunflower seeds
⅓ cup sesame seeds
⅓ cup pumpkin seeds
⅓ cup linseed/flax seeds
2 tbsp poppy seeds optional
4 tbsp chia seeds
½ cup oil
½ cup water plus 1 tbsp
2 tsp Sunshine Salt

Directions

Preheat the oven to 180°C on Fan Bake.
Place all the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Add water and oil, and mix to form a dough.
Take one-third of the dough and place it between two sheets of baking paper. Roll it out until you achieve a cracker-like thickness, then place it on a baking tray.
Score the dough with a knife or pizza cutter into your desired cracker sizes.
Sprinkle with extra Sunshine Salt.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until crisp and lightly golden. The crackers will harden more as they cool.
