
Hot Potato, Hot Potato
The best potato bake ever! A creamy, garlicky parmesan base with chives and bacon bits.
Whisk in 35g Hot Potato, Hot Potato seasoning with 2 cups cream, 1 cup stock and half a tsp Man Grind on a gentle heat. Let simmer, then remove from the heat. Layer 700g thinly sliced potatoes in a casserole dish, then pour over the Hot Potato sauce. Cover and bake for 45min at 180ºC for the best-ever potato bake! Swap the potatoes for cauliflower or broccoli for an epic low-carb option.
