These Air Fryer Loaded Wedges are golden, crispy on the outside, and perfectly tender on the inside. Topped with melted cheese, crispy bacon, and a drizzle of sour cream, they’re the ultimate snack or side. Easy to make and packed with flavour

Ingredients
- 800g agria potatoes
- 3 tbsp oil
-
2 tbsp Sanders Seasoning
- 100g streaky bacon
- Spring onion
- ½ cup grated cheese
To Serve
- Sour cream
-
Sweet Sesh Hot Honey; or
- Yasss Queen! Relish
Directions
- Lay your bacon out in the air fryer and cook for 6 minutes at 200°C while you prep the potatoes.
- Wash the spuds, then cut them in half lengthways. Cut each half into wedges (usually about 8 wedges per potato).
- Toss the potato wedges with oil and Sanders seasoning in a bowl.
- Remove the bacon from the air fryer and chop it into bits. Add the seasoned potatoes into the same fryer (no need to clean it—the bacon fat adds flavour!).
- Air fry the potatoes for 20 minutes at 200°C, shaking the basket a few times during cooking.
- Once cooked, leave the potatoes in the air fryer basket and top with grated cheese and chopped bacon. Air fry for a further 1 minute to melt the cheese.
- Place the cheesy wedges onto a plate, drizzle with Sweet Sesh Hot Honey (optional), and serve with a dollop of sour cream and relish.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions and enjoy!
