Tried Satay Swift for the first time today, and it seemed only fitting with Taylor getting married this weekend. 😉
I cubed one chicken breast and marinated it in 2 tablespoons of Satay Swift, then pan-fried it, adding coconut milk to make a gorgeous creamy sauce. Served with brown rice, baby carrots, broccoli and beans.
So yum! The satay flavour was rich and delicious. Next time I’d add a little more heat—might be time for The Italian Job to make a guest appearance.
Go Swifties! 💛
Makes delicious satay recipes, been through a few jars now.
I love Satat Swift! Best pre - made satay around. Love it on a pizza with chicken, mushrooms, zuchini ribbibs and cheese. It's has a real peanut taste with enough spice.
