A perfect substitute for salt in any of your baking. A beautiful fragrant blend of cardamom, star anise, cinnamon, vanilla bean, salt and sugar that's ready to sprinkle. Great in banana bread. pancakes, porridge, popcorn, apple muffins, raisin scrolls or french toast.

  • Store these in a cool, dry place. Use within 3 months of opening.

great pantry addition

So far I have used it in my oats, Christmas crack, and pancake batter. Cant wait to make some cinnamon scrolls with it over the holidays! Will defiantly be a bottom of the jar item

Your secret weapon!

I put this bakers salt in EVERYTHING. I put it in the base of my key lime pie, my simple chocolate chip cookies, my carrot cake, sprinkled on top of apple turnovers. It's a hit, every single time. You only need a very small amount so one jar goes a long way. This will now be a staple in my pantry!!

Boosts everything!

Love this for baking, use whenever cinnamon or warm spices are required! Reminds me of my Oma's baking! Also amazing on popcorn with butter!

Porridge booster!

I’m obsessed with this stuff and add it to my porridge every morning! It’s also great in pancake mixture and muffins.

So love this blend

I use this when I make my big batch muesli instead of using just cinnamon. Adds an interesting warm spice flavour. I also add !/2 tsp when I am microwaving porridge as don't have to add sugar or salt
