A perfect substitute for salt in any of your baking. A beautiful fragrant blend of cardamom, star anise, cinnamon, vanilla bean, salt and sugar that's ready to sprinkle. Great in banana bread. pancakes, porridge, popcorn, apple muffins, raisin scrolls or French toast.

  • Store these in a cool, dry place. Use within 3 months of opening.

Your secret weapon!

I put this bakers salt in EVERYTHING. I put it in the base of my key lime pie, my simple chocolate chip cookies, my carrot cake, sprinkled on top of apple turnovers. It's a hit, every single time. You only need a very small amount so one jar goes a long way. This will now be a staple in my pantry!!

Love this for baking, use whenever cinnamon or warm spices are required! Reminds me of my Oma's baking! Also amazing on popcorn with butter!
