Makes 3 drinks

A creamy tropical escape in one glass. Crafted to suit the exact size of our Caught in the Rain single serve sachet, giving you the ideal pineapple to coconut ratio every time.

Cook Mode

Ingredients

1 cup ice
1 sachet of Caught in the Rain
½ cup pineapple juice
¼ cup of Malibu

For Mocktail

60ml Coconut water

Directions

Put your chosen glass into the freezer.
Put the ice into a blender (a small NutriBullet-style blender is best but not essential).
Top with the Caught in the Rain, pineapple juice and Malibu.
Blend on high for 2 minutes and pour into the frozen glass.
Serve immediately.
