Heat a fry pan over a medium high heat and add chicken drumsticks, brown for 2-3 minutes in each side. You can skip this step if you don’t have time it just deepens the flavour a bit.
In a bowl combine the chicken soup, 1 can full of water, Magic Mushie Dust, mustard and Man Grind, whisk together.
Thinly slice the onion and add to the bottom of a slow cooker and arrange the chicken drumsticks on top of the onion.
Slice potatoes into 1cm thick slices and arrange in and around the chicken drumsticks.
Pour over the soup mixture and season generously with Pepper on Me.
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
Check seasoning of the sauce and add more Man Grind or Spit Roast to taste.
Serve with steamed green beans or any green vegetables.
Recipe Note
These timings work with a cast iron casserole dish as it retains the heat and helps greatly with the cooking. This could potentially all be poured into a rice cooker and set to cook as a short cut.
