The most simple pasta that kids smash back but can easily be added to with any meat and vegetables if you like.

Ingredients

300g macaroni pieces
70g butter
⅓ cup flour
2 cups milk
½ cup sour cream
1.5 cup grated cheese
3 tbsp Dude Ranch
1 ½ tsp Man Grind

Directions

Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water. When cooked drain pasta.
While the pasta is cooking add butter to a large pan to melt over a medium heat.
When butter is melted add the flour and whisk to combine, cook out for a minute.
Pour in the milk and whisk until smooth.
Add the Dude Ranch and Man Grind and whisk to combine. Simmer for 2 - 3 minutes stirring regularly.
Whisk in sour cream and then cheese, stir until cheese is melted.
Stir through the cooked pasta, check the seasoning and adjust as needed. Serve and enjoy.
