Crispy fries piled high with juicy burger mince, melted cheese, tangy pickles, and all the saucy goodness you want in a loaded burger. Perfect for sharing or demolishing solo.

Ingredients
- 500g frozen or homemade fries
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 250g beef mince
-
1 ½ teaspoons Spicy Sanders
- Salt and pepper
- ½ cup grated cheddar or melty burger cheese
- ½ cup pickles, chopped
- ¼ cup diced tomato
-
2 tablespoons Blanc de Blanc or Schmack Burger sauce
- Sliced jalapeños, spring onion, mustard drizzle (optional)
Directions
- Cook fries until crispy, whether oven-baked, fried, or air fried, then season lightly with salt or Man Grind Flakes.
- In a hot pan, sauté the onion in a little oil. Add the mince and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
- Season with Spicy Sanders, salt, and pepper. Let it get slightly crispy and caramelised to boost the flavour.
- Once the fries are ready, pile them onto a platter or tray.
- Top with the hot seasoned mince, then scatter grated cheese over everything while still hot so it melts into the meat.
- Add chopped pickles, tomato, jalapeños if you like, and a generous drizzle of Blanc de Blanc or Schmack Burger sauce.
- Finish with a squiggle of mustard, chopped spring onions, or crispy onions if you’re feeling fancy.
- Serve immediately with forks or fingers.
