Ingredients

1 kg Potatoes grated
115 grams butter melted
½ onion finely diced
½ cup sour cream
2 cups tasty or smoked cheese grated
2 teaspoons Pepper & Me Man rub
Small bunch of Parsley finely chopped
Pepper & Me Man Grind
Pepper

Directions

Preheat the oven 200 degrees on fan bake.
Prepare all of the ingredients and stir together in a large bowl, leaving a little cheese to sprinkle on top.
In a large 36 x 25cm large oven tray with sides, spread the mixture evenly in the tray.
Sprinkle with cheese and season with man grind and pepper.
Fan bake 20-30 mins until golden brown.
