Frozen Cosmo

The only thing better than a cocktail is a frozen cocktail. Sweet and citrusy, pink and punchy—perfect for a late afternoon tipple with the gals!
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Sex in the City
- 3 fresh limes
- ½ cup vodka
- ¼ cup lime juice (from limes)
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1 cup ice
Directions
- Peel a few strips of lime peel to twist and use as a garnish. Use orange if limes aren’t available.
- Cut a lime in half and run the cut lime around the rim of your cocktail glass.
Add a couple of spoonfuls of the cocktail mixture to a small saucer, invert the cocktail glass into the sugar, and wiggle the glass to coat the rim.
For the cocktail, add the fresh lime juice, vodka, and cranberry juice to a blender. Pour in the cocktail mixture that’s left on the plate; it should be about 1 tbsp.
Add the ice to a blender and blend to form a slushy.
- Pour into cocktail glasses and garnish with a twist of lime zest.
