Cheeseburger Potatoes

Imagine all the goodness of a juicy burger combined with the crispy deliciousness of perfectly seasoned fries, but in one epic potato dish.

Ingredients

1kg agria potatoes, peeled

500g beef mince
- 1 white onion
- 1 tbsp confit garlic or two cloves fresh garlic crushed
Cheese sauce
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup tasty cheese

100g burger cheese or orange processed cheese
- 1 tbsp jalapeños, finely chopped

Directions
Preheat oven to 200C Fan Bake.
Peel the potatoes and dice into bite sized cubes, drizzle with a little oil and toss in 2tbsp of the blow my coals. Arrange in an even layer on a roasting tray and roast for 30 minutes or until potatoes are cooked through and golden.
For the mince add a drizzle of oil to a pan along with garlic and diced white onion, sauté for a minute or two. Add the mince and brown off breaking up with a wooden spoon, this will take about 5minutes. Add the remaining blow my coals. Stir to coat and cook off for another minute or two.
For the cheese sauce, add the the milk and cheese to a sauce and melt together gently over a medium heat, stirring constantly until you get a smooth liquid cheese. Add more milk if needed. Stir through jalapeños.
To assemble, arrange potatoes on a large platter and drizzle with 3/4s of the cheese sauce. Then top with the mince mixture. Drizzle with the remaining cheese sauce, sprinkle over finely dice red onion, pickle slices and fresh chives. Dollop generously with burger sauce.
