The fluffy buns create a delicious, savoury bowl to hold all that goodness, and grilling it just right ensures that egg yolk stays gloriously runny.

Ingredients
- 6 large Bread Buns
- 6 Eggs
- 4 rashers of Bacon
- Man Grind
- Sesh Chilli Oil
- 1 cup of Spinach washed and thinly sliced
- 100 grams Feta Cheese
Directions
- Cook the bacon under the grill on 200 degrees until cooked, flipping over half way through cooking. Slice thinly once cooked. Set aside.
Slice the top off your buns and using your fingers push the inside fluffy part of the bun down to create a bowl shape.
Place a layer of bacon on the bottom, then some feta cheese, some sliced spinach, man grind and crack over an egg. I crack it into a glass first to have more control over it and to make sure you don’t have a dodgy egg,
Season well with man grind and add Sesh Oil if you like spice!
Place under the grill on 200 degrees and cook until the egg is cooked and the yolk is still wobbly.
Serve straight away.
