Whip up a creamy, dreamy One Pot Mushroom Pasta in no time! Loaded with rich, earthy mushrooms and a silky sauce, this easy dish brings all the flavour with minimal fuss—perfect for a cosy night in or a quick midweek meal!
Ingredients
50g butter
4 garlic cloves sliced
3 chicken thighs boneless
200g mushrooms sliced
½ cup white wine
3 cups chicken stock
2 heaped tbsp Magic Mushie Dust
2 cups small pasta shapes
½ cup cream
50g baby spinach
50g parmesan grated
Cracked pepper
Directions
Add butter to a large pan over a medium high heat, add garlic and diced chicken thigh. Sauté for a couple of minutes.
Add sliced mushrooms and season with Man Grind.
Deglaze the pan with white wine then pour in the stock and add Magic Mushie Dust, bring to a simmer.
Add pasta and stir to combine, reduce heat to medium low, cover and simmer for the cooking time of your pasta, usually around 10 minutes.
Once the pasta is almost cooked add the cream and baby spinach, stir to combine.
Add grated Parmesan and season with cracked pepper to taste.
