Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 tsp white vinegar or lemon juice
- 2 tsp Blow My Coals
-
½ cup Fry-Yay
- Golden Arches to serve
Directions
- Dice the chicken breast into small cubes and add them to the bowl of a food processor or a high-powered blender.
- Add the Blow My Coals seasoning and eggs to the food processor.
- Process for about 1 minute, or until the mixture reaches a smooth, mince-like texture.
- Spread Fry-Yay evenly across a plate to prepare for coating the nuggets.
- In a separate bowl, mix the milk and vinegar to create a quick buttermilk.
- With wet hands, shape heaped tablespoons of the chicken mixture into nugget-sized shapes.
- Place the nuggets in the freezer for about 15 minutes to firm up.
- Once firm, dip the nuggets into the buttermilk mixture, then lightly coat them in Fry-Yay by placing them on the prepared plate.
- At this point, you can either freeze the nuggets for later or cook them straight away. To cook, deep fry the nuggets until golden and crispy, or air fry at 180°C for about 12-15 minutes, turning halfway for even cooking. Alternatively, oven bake by placing the nuggets on a lined baking tray and baking for 20-25 minutes at 200°C, turning halfway through.
- Serve hot with Golden Arches dipping sauce and enjoy!
