Sesh Olives with Whipped Feta

Whipped Feta
With Artisan Sesh Olives

Feta in my favourite form, whipped, dippy and creamy. Load it with sharp, tangy roast tomato, salty olives and fresh herbs. It makes for the most epic starter, a perfect afternoon nibble or something a little different to take to any ‘bring a plate’ scenario.

Ingredients

150g Food Snob Greek Feta
150g Natural Greek Yoghurt
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 packet Artisan Sesh Olives
1 punnet Cherry Tomatoes
1 sprig Rosemary
4 Garlic Cloves
Basil to garnish

Instructions

1:

Mix the olives, tomatoes, rosemary & garlic in an oven tray.

2:

Place in the oven for 15 minutes at 200ºc.

3:

Blend the feta, yoghurt and lemon until smooth.

4:

Spread out the feta on a nice platter and spoon the juicy roast olives and tomatoes on top. Drizzle with the leftover juices.

To Serve:

Garnish with basil leaves.
