Day Of Christmas, We Are Serving
The most creamy decadent hot chocolate, with a naughty little hint of chilli. Sit back on Christmas Eve, after the presents are wrapped, and take a moment for yourself. Santa is almost here, and who knows, maybe he will have a little treat in store for you tonight too.
1 bag Lusciously Licked By Lucifer
3 cups Milk
2 cups Sugar
1 ¼ cups Warm Water
4 tbsp Gelatine
½ cup Icing Sugar
½ cup Cornflour
To make marshmallows, place sugar and half the water in a pot. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Let it cool.
Dissolve the gelatine in the remaining water. Stir well to prevent lumps. Add to the sugar syrup mixture and use an electric beater to beat until thick.
Pour mixture into a greased tray and leave to set at room temperature.
Once set, cut to shape. Coat by tossing marshmallows through sifted icing sugar and cornflour in a large bowl.
To make hot chocolate, add Lusciously Licked By Lucifer bag to 3 cups of milk. Stir then bring contents to a simmer.
Place marshmallows on top & grate chocolate over. Serve warm.
