Inspired by traditional Japanese seasoning, Poké Me with NZ Hemp Hearts can be added to rice, seafood and salads. Sprinkle generously on salmon or avocado for a quick and easy umami taste hit.

  • Hemp Hearts, Sesame Seeds White, Sesame Seeds Black, Seaweed Flakes (Atlantic Dulse, Sea Lettuce, Sugar Kelp), Chilli Flakes, Raw Sugar, Sea Salt Flakes, Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend (Salt, Dextrose (maize), Black Pepper, Acidity Regulator (330), Dehydrated Onion, Black Pepper Extract, Colour (102), Flavour), Garlic Granules, Kelp Powder.
    Contains Sesame.

  • Store these in a cool, dry place. Use within 3 months of opening.
