Due to the significant increase in demand for parcel sending we will be working closely with our partners to actively manage the number of items accepted into our network each day. This may mean that some parcels are not picked-up each day and are delayed before they enter our network. The reason this is important is excess parcels in our network will impact its efficiency and lead to further delays. We are increasing our pick-up volumes as restrictions ease and our processing and delivery capacity increases.
What this means for us?
We are doing our best to get your packages out our door, and to your as fast as possible. However at the moment, some things are out of our control.

AUCKLAND ORDERS
We are being limited on how many daily orders we can send into Auckland. This means that if you are located in Auckland, your order may take a couple extra days before being sent from us to you. Hopefully this limit is cleared soon and we can get back to our usual shipping schedule.
