As a Pepper Post subscriber, adding items to your subscription works a bit differently from regular purchases on our website. Here are some simple instructions to make the process as easy as possible.
Sign in to your Pepper & Me account
To add one-off products to your next Pepper Post subscription, first log in to your Pepper & Me account on our website.
My Account
Once you're logged in, you'll be taken to your My Account page. This is where you can track all your orders with Pepper & Me.
On this page, find the section called Manage Subscriptions and click on it.
Manage Subscriptions
In this section, you can manage and update your subscription. Here, you can change your address, edit your payment method, and skip or cancel your subscriptions.
You can also add one-off products to your next subscription delivery by clicking on the Browse all products button.
Add items to your order
Click the Browse all products button to go to a page where you can choose extras to add to your next subscription delivery. You can scroll through our products or search for specific items.
Once you've found the products you'd like to add, simply click the Add button under each product.
Selecting the quantity
Once you have added a product, you can choose the quantity you'd like before finally adding it to your next Pepper Post subscription delivery.

If you'd like to make regular additions to your Pepper Post subscription, you'll need to manually repeat this process before the end of each month.
