Our Sichuan chilli oil has come about from Cherie’s obsession with scrambled eggs, chilli oil and avocado. The obsession is so real, we had to put it into a jar to share with you. 

The oil is simmered with cinnamon, star anise, cardamon, spring onions, ginger, garlic, cumin, fennel and sizzling Sichuan, then deeply infused with chilli. It’s spicy but so so fragrant and delightful.

Sesh is the Best

Best chilli oil i have come across, only thing I could say is i wish there were more of the crunchy 🌶 in there 1/4 jar is not enough lol

Too spicy for my preference

Looked forward to trying as I heard great things, but have found the Sesh Oil far too spicy for myself! Will stick to the Apostles Mary Magdalena chilli oil

Great flavour

I quite enjoyed the nice subtle creeping heat this provides not over the top and I really can't wait to try on my next dumpling session and on the next crispy pork🤌🏽🤌🏽🤌🏽
