Everyone loves a saucy tart and this is delicious. So much better than supermarket ones with a true home made flavour and perfect with your fresh fish catch. Creamy and tasty- just how a tartare sauce should be.

Almost a perfect tartare sauce. If I could've given it a 4.5 stars I would have. A touch more tart in the tartare would've made it perfect!
