Our Sichuan chilli oil has come about from Cherie’s obsession with scrambled eggs, chilli oil and avocado. The obsession is so real, we had to put it into a jar to share with you. 

The oil is simmered with cinnamon, star anise, cardamon, spring onions, ginger, garlic, cumin, fennel and sizzling Sichuan, then deeply infused with chilli. It’s spicy but so so fragrant and delightful.

  • Store in a cool dry place. Use within 3 months of opening.

Wow it’s awesome

I have never been a really spicy fan until now
But am loving the sesh oil at the moment with poached eggs and avocados it’s beautiful it elevates the flavour
Am also loving the hot honey as well great combo

The sesh oil has a pretty good kick on it which i love but my favourite is the hot nuts. They have both been perfect additions to my keto ramen noodle soups, stir frys and sooooo good on a low carb pizza. Will be reordering

My all time favourite. Can’t have my breakfast eggies without it! So super sad when I go to other peoples houses that don’t have it because everything is actually yuck without it, just saying!! Buy this if you want to be happy x
