These smash burgers feature perfectly seared beef patties with crispy edges, melted cheese, and all your favourite toppings. Served on a toasted bun, they’re the ultimate burger experience. Drizzle with Schmack Burger Sauce to take it to the next level!

Ingredients
- 200g mince beef
-
½ tsp Sanders Seasoning
-
2 slices burger cheese (ideally processed)
- 2 brioche burger buns
- Shredded iceberg lettuce
- Sliced tomato
- Pickles
- 2 tbsp Schmack Burger Sauce
Directions
- Form two 100g balls from the mince meat, season with Sanders Seasoning, and set aside.
- Heat your cast iron pan until it’s smoking (or a BBQ flat plate works perfectly!).
- Oil your cast iron pan and place the two mince balls into the pan. Using something heavy, press down on the paties until it’s as thin as possible.
- Once the patties are almost cooked through, the bottom should be perfectly caramelised. Flip the patties to sear the underside and top each with a slice of cheese.
- Gently warm your buns in the pan.
- Remove the patties from the pan and start to build.
- Spread some Schmack Burger Sauce on the bottom bun, then add shredded iceberg lettuce, sliced tomatoes, the patty with cheese, and top with a couple of pickles.
- Schmack the lid on top and enjoy!
