Santa’s Chrissy Cupcakes

Ingredients

    • Santa’s Chrissy Cupcakes Mix

    • 1/2 cup of Butter (softened)

    • 2 Eggs

    • 1/2 cup of Water

    • 1.5 cups Icing Sugar

    • 2 tbsp Butter (softened or melted)

    • 2 tbsp Boiling water

    Directions

    1. Preheat the Oven: Ask an adult to help you preheat the oven to 175°C on Fan Bake.

    2. Mix It Up: In a big bowl, add the butter, crack in the eggs, and pour in the water. Mix until smooth!

    3. Add the Fun: Pour in the cupcake mix and stir until it’s all combined.

    4. Fill the Tins: Line your cupcake tins with liners and fill each about 2/3 full with batter.

    5. Bake Time: With an adult’s help, bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

    6. Mix It Up: While the cupcakes cool, In a bowl, combine butter with icing sugar.

    7. Add Water: Stir in boiling water bit by bit until smooth and creamy.

    8. Decorate: Spread the icing on your treats and enjoy!
