Miso Chicken & Singapore Noodles

Tender miso chicken with fragrant Singapore noodles, a fast, flavour-packed dinner that tastes like you ordered in.
Ingredients

1 onion peeled and sliced

1 tablespoon miso butter

2 x chicken breast sliced

1 bunch Asian greens or spinach sliced

1 cup sliced red cabbage

½ cup Wok Sauce
-
½ cup frozen corn
-
1 x 175 gram pack Singapore Noodles

1 teaspoon Ding dong
Directions
In a large pan over a medium heat, add the butter, when melted add the onion and cook until translucent, around 4 minutes.
While the onion is cooking put the noodles on to cook as per packet instructions
Add the chicken to the pan with the onions and cook for 3 minutes, add wok sauce, ding dong and cook for 2 minutes.
Drain your noodles, add noodles, corn, red cabbage and Asian greens to the pan, cook, stirring occasionally for 2 minutes. Check chicken is cooked through and corn is hot through.
Take off the heat, and serve
