Festive Cheeseball

A kiwi fave given a colourful Christmas spin. Such an easy dish to take along to a festive party.
Ingredients
- 250 g cream cheese
- 1.5 cups grated tasty cheese
Juice of one lemon
- 1.5 tbsp On Yaaa
- 1/2 red onion, finely diced

- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp Tik Tok
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/4 cup chopped dried cranberries
Directions
- Beat softened cream cheese with onyaaa and lemon juice.
- Fold through cheese, finely diced onion and season with Man Grind
- Roll in a ball or log and put in the fridge for a few hours Combine parsley, Tik tok, cranberries, and pistachios In a bowl
- Roll the Cheeseball in the coating. Serve with crackers, bread or chips
- You can also shape this in a ring for a festive touch
