A kiwi fave given a colourful Christmas spin. Such an easy dish to take along to a festive party.

Ingredients

250 g cream cheese
1.5 cups grated tasty cheese
Juice of one lemon
1.5 tbsp On Yaaa
1/2 red onion, finely diced

Coating

1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbsp Tik Tok
1/4 cup chopped pistachios
1/4 cup chopped dried cranberries

Directions

Beat softened cream cheese with onyaaa and lemon juice.
Fold through cheese, finely diced onion and season with Man Grind
Roll in a ball or log and put in the fridge for a few hours Combine parsley, Tik tok, cranberries, and pistachios In a bowl
Roll the Cheeseball in the coating. Serve with crackers, bread or chips
You can also shape this in a ring for a festive touch
