Run corn (still in its husk) under cold water to dampen slightly and pop in the microwave for 5 minutes.
Carefully remove from the microwave and using a sharp knife cut the base of the corn off, this should let you easy squeeze the cob of corn from the husk.
Cut each corn cob in half.
Heat a bbq or grill pan to a high heat. Drizzle the corn with a little oil and grill for 6-8 minutes turning regularly. You are wanting to get a little char on some of the kernels.
While the corn is grilling add the butter to a smaller food processor or use a bowl and a hand mixer, add the chipotle ranch powder and process or beat the butter for 1 minutes until the powder is nicely incorporated.
Once the corn is grilled place on a serving platter and dollop generously with the chipotle ranch butter, drizzle over the honey and crumble over the feta.
