Ingredients
- 1 loaf bread (You can use whatever your favourite garlic bread loaf is, we used ciabatta sinner rolls)
- ½ cup Butter
- 3 tablespoon G-Banger
- ¼ Cup fresh herbs
- ½ cup cheese
- 4 peperoncino (optional)
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C fan bake and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- In a medium bowl, soften the butter slightly. Add the G-Banger, fresh herbs, cheese, and peperoncino, then mix until everything is well combined and smooth.
- Cut your bread loaf into thick slices, about three-quarters of the way through, or halve it if you're using buns. Arrange the pieces on the prepared tray.
- Generously spread the butter mixture over all the exposed surfaces of the bread, making sure it gets into every little nook.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden and crispy around the edges.
- Serve warm, tear, and share!
