A super simple Autumn salad that's effortless to put together. With fresh vegetables and the punchy flavour of feta and our The Mother Dukkah, this salad goes excellent served as a side or even as a meal by itself.
3 cups cooked quinoa
3 carrots shaved
1/2 red onion diced
1 whole head of broccoli finely chopped into 1cm bites
2 Tbsp raisins
Parsley or coriander chopped
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Man Grind Salt Flakes
2 Tbsp The Mother Dukkah
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and toss together.
Garnish with feta, more herbs and The Mother Dukkah
